I am dalma
a professional showjumper, representing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Since 2010, I was awarded several times and I had the honor to participate to important conferences around the world. In the last 2 years the magic happened: awarded Best Female Athlete 2020, appointed chairperson at the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee for Asian Games 2030 in Riyadh. And in 2022, I had the great honor to relay the torch at the Saudi Games.
my first ride
My first riding experience was on pony rides before I was not even four years old. I remember I wanted to ride the biggest horse in the stable.
There was a great deal of excitement at the beginning, so much so that the feeling of fear ceased to exist.
when i was 12
Since Saudi Arabia does not allow girls or women to compete, my mother and I moved to Rome when I was twelve years old to start pursuing my horse riding career. My grandmother is Italian and we have Italian blood.

In 2010, I won the Bronze medal in individual showjumping at the inaugural Youth Olympic Games in Singapore. It was a big honor and I felt very proud to represent my country. That moment was the launch pad for my career.
my career
Since then hundreds of competitions, tons of hours of training and travelling around the world, lots of amazing results and awards. But the best is yet to come: Global Champions Tour League, World Cup 2024 in Riyadh, Olympic Games 2024 in Paris and 2030 Asian Games in Riyadh!
